Paul Costelloe Bags is happy to refund any perfect merchandise bought online, returned within 14 days of receipt to return your order. Items must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
Return postage is to be paid by the customer under all circumstances. Paul Costelloe Bags are unable to make any exceptions for refund packages that arrive with us after the 14 day period. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging, including labels and tags. We withhold the right to decline a refund request if any of these conditions are not upheld by the customer.
In order to receive a refund, proof of purchase must be provided with the item returned. We request that you include your invoice, outlining which item you are requesting a refund. Please find return address at the bottom of this page.
If your item is faulty, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Any faulty items after 30 days of delivery will be repaired but not refunded or exchanged at our discretion, and Paul Costelloe Bags withholds the rights to, at their absolute discretion, deny complimentary repair to any bag that is outside of the 3 month warrantee, or where proof of purchase cannot be given. Repairs out of the 3 month warrantee may incur additional charges. Should you be unable to return your item within the 14 day period, you must inform us within the 14 day time frame and we will do what we are able to assist. This may include issuing a credit note rather than a refund, and when purchasing, you accept responsibility to abide by these terms and conditions with no exceptions. Paul Costelloe Bags are unable to make any exceptions to our terms and conditions policies.

The prices offered online on www.Paulcostelloebags.com may vary from prices offered at other stores or websites.
All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery.
This price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate for deliveries to the EU. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment. They will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.

Please note, there may be a slight colour variation between the photograph shown on our website and the actual product. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.The dimensions and weights of products given are approximate only.

Size matters; and so on every page, we’ve added the product dimensions and an on-model illustration of the item. We make every effort to ensure that the measurements we give are correct, but we cannot guarantee that our on-model illustrations are 100% accurate due to various factors – these images are for a guide reference only. If in any doubt, please refer to the measurements or contact our Customer Services Team at [email protected] for further assistance. Paul Costelloe Bags will not accept any responsibility for products brought as a sole and direct reference to the illustration.
Faulty Items
In the event that your goods are damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days.
Our leather bags and accessories carry a 6-month guarantee. If within this period you find fault with your product (excluding general wear and tear), you can return it to us for a repair or replacement, provided that you are able to provide proof of purchase. The fault will then be carefully investigated and following this we shall contact you to discuss an appropriate solution. Please note that removable items such as tags, charms etc are not included in the product guarantee. Please note that the return postage is to be paid by the customer.
Within the 30 days of receipt: If you request a repair or replacement due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will refund you the value of the product or provide a replacement.
*Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in stores. The products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
Please note, we are only able to assist with orders purchased from Paul Costelloe Bags directly online. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or repairs on products purchased from any stand alone stores. Our guarantee applies only to items purchased through www.paulcostelloebags.com.
